Request permanent deletion of your RiseWork account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: In the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account:

  1. Open the RiseWork app
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion

Your account and all data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request via this page

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion below. We will process your request within 30 days.

Before you proceed, please understand:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • All data will be erased including your resume, cover letters, application history, XP, badges, STARR stories, and practice sessions
  • This action cannot be undone
  • If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in your App Store or Play Store settings first
  • Any remaining AI credits or XP will be forfeited

Enter the email you used to create your RiseWork account. We'll send a confirmation email before deleting anything.

Deletion request received.
We've sent a confirmation email to the address you provided. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) and click the confirmation link to complete the deletion process. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
